Most commonly people go to the doctor when they are sick and that`s it. Some don`t pay a visit to the doctor`s office for years. Some are just affraid they might find out scary things and prefer to don`t know. What you don`t know can`t hurt you is not the motto you should follow when it comes to your health. Without health you can`t do anything so in life being healhty and happy are two ideals we all strive to achieve.
