The vitamin A helps body tissues to grow as well as bone structure. The eyes are a function of the vitamin A and so if you have a bad vision it`s probably because of the lower quantity of vitamin A in your body. A Vitamin Advice is to eat as much : beef, liver, carrots, spinach, butter and sweet potatoes. The second vitamin B , is responsible for providing energy to the body during the conversion of glucose, from carbohydrates. Vitamin B is also required for the metabolism of fats and proteins. Vitamin B also maintains the body`s nervous system. We can take our vitamin B from : soybeans, meats, cheese and milk, vegetables etc.

Vitamin C helps you be more resistent to infections, helps in healing and producing red cells. Vitamin C is easy to get from fruits like oranges, berries, green vegetables, onion, tomatoes etc. Vitamin D is a product of the chemical reaction of the sun's ultraviolet rays on the skin. Vitamin D is mostly found in oily fish such as herring or salmon. The other vitamin, E, helps new blood vessels formate around the injured areas, reduces scar tissue etc.
The last vitamin meaning the vitamin K, is very important because it helps the blood to clot. Also it assures longevity and normal functions of the liver. You can get vitamin K from natural foods from every season. Those who don`t have enough vitamin K in their blood usually have blood loses from the gums, nose or bruising without even being hurt.
All these vitamins are essential for having a healthy organism. A Vitamin Advice is to always try to eat fruits and vegetables. Even if we eat more meat or junk food, from time to time it`s best to eat a salad too. Everything that is natural has vitamins. Boiling food or frying it reduces the amount of vitamins. Every nutritionist will tell you that eating less greasy and more natural will lead to a longer life and a more healthier one. In the end, vitamins are in everything but we just have to know what exactly to explore. Oranges and apples should never miss from a house. Summer is the best season for fruits so we should all take advantage that we can find any fruit on the market.
